I'm giving 5 out of 5 stars for the Claims Resolution Consultant, Jeaninne Fourie. She was very helpful and assisted me very well. When the other agents were busy giving MiWay a bad name by not getting back to me with information as they said they would, Jeaninne was the one who made up for it. She's got excellent customer service skills and she knew how to calm me down. She is definitely a jewel. Thank you Jeaninne for the awesome assistance. I really appreciate it.
