5 hours waiting for help

<p>I had a brake down on saturday at 12:35 sitting in the middle of no where as a woman. They only sent help at 5:30. It was very hot and they kept calling for no reason and after 4 hrs they called requesting a R350.00 cash for me to pay first for them to send help and if i did not have money I was going to sit there without any help. I am wondering why do I have an insurance if they cannot help when in need. I could have been hijacked or worse ****d and they come back saying sorry. They are pathetic really. An they called even yesterday to say sorry. I believe sorry is not acceptable in this matter they are the worst insurance I have ever been with in south africa. An I need for them to know am out of their insurance without a waiting period of a month and if they fight this I will make sure they loose business in so many ways. As there are so many persons complaining about their service in general. Thye must change their ways of doing business. very very sad about this.</p>
