I submitted a claim on Wednesday 25 January 2023, was contacted by Mark in the claims department on 26 January 2023. He was supposed to send an to do an assessment. Its been 5 days and no feedback even after i have requested a callback on 3 occasions. Just keep me informed, thats not a difficult task.
