I was extremely happy with the services that Ramys M provided. I was not aware that Bidvest automatically assigned me a broker who would do everything on my behalf with mi-way. This was news to my ears that I have a broker yet, I had ever received any assistance from this "Broker". Clients need to be consulted first and foremost, we need to be made aware and be informed before making decisions on my behalf. In a nutshell, I would like to thank Ramys for informing me and scheduling the amendments accordingly with bidvest and their broker.
