4 Months + for Vehicle repair. Received back with more problems than it went in with

4 Months ago my car was damaged in a hail storm. I contacted MiWay and informed then of what happened. I said that we had a good repair centre, but they insited on using their preferred repaire centre. Regardless we still requested a quote from our provider. Quote from our provider came in cheaper and they guarenteed repair time.

MiWay refussed our repair centre and used theirs. I have the option for a loan car on my policy, so was ok with that. 25 days later and my car was still not repaired and MiWay requested the loan car back. They were not interested in the fact that our car was still not repaired. Iwe were without a car for over a week. Fortunate for me, teh repair centre, after screeming and shouting, agreed to provide us with a car.

Over the next 3 months, I requested updates from MiWay, and as usual, was promessed a call back, which I never received. Only after a twetted regarding bad service, did I receive a call back.

I decided to contact the repair centre directly, and was able to get an update from them, although, the car was always going to be ready the next week...

Finally received the car back, and this is the state we received it in:

Problems identified before the repair, all as result of the hail damage:

Driver side mirror cracked - supposed to be repaired during hail damage repair - not yet attended to
Rear boot Honda badge missing - not yet attended to
Black surround around the passenger door windows, back and front damaged - partly hail damage not yet attended to, partly scratched when removing panels and respraying.
New issues arisen since the car has been with the panel beaters and the panels removed for respray:
Beading around windscreen missing top and left and right side - dangerous as windscreen glass is completely exposed, possible leaking may occur here
Front surround around Driver door window and rear passenger window scratched from removing panels
Rear wiper loose, not connected properly after removing the panel for spraying - dangerous, nearly fell off when on highway
Rear sensor not working correctly...it beeps as if you are coming close to an object but nowhere near any objects
Sun visor for front passenger completely loose - not secured at all
Casing which houses the internal light in front loose
Middle internal light between front and back seats not working
Black rubber between roof and doors - both sides scratched
Black surround around front passenger small triagle window has silver paint on, needs removing
Front small light on bumper not secured properly
Front Wipers scratched
Chips on bonnet right at the very front need to be touched up
Black plastick corner casing on either side of the windscreen very loose, need to be secured
Pain irregularities need to be smoothed - rear passenger door, line can be seen
Some paint work uneven and touching up of some small chips not yet completed.

My intention is not t bad mouth anyone, however, when you receive such shocking service, what are you meant to do. Worse, you can't even get to speak to someone.

O and MiWay suggest its not their fault, rather the fault of the repair centre, nice way to take accountability for your serviceI am paying for. I requested compensation for the delay, inconvience and cost, wich was declined.

Pictures to follow.
