3years has passed as I was advised.

It has been over 3years that miway has listed me as a high claimant, for claiming for 2 claims in 2018.

I was then told it would take 3years to clear. They recently called me for a quote and told me they would call back to as their system was flagging me and they could not complete the quote.

I was told someone from customer care would call to resolve this.

I am still waiting to this day. Mind you I was sent a letter stating I am leaving miway because i chose to self insure. Yet they still went and red flagged my profile. I am incapable of finding insurance and for the past 3 years i have been paying ridiculous amounts for my premiums.

A colleague of mine has insurance as follows

2million home cover 3cars insured (amarok, tiguan and polo)

For the same amount I have a Kia cerrato and 350k home contents cover in what world does that make sense?
