3rd time lucky

I wish I could rate my experience for today better but this is the best I will rate it, however I need to make note that Vukosi was excellent in how he was able to assist me and the prompt response I received from him as an individual agent. I called 3 times and the 3rd time was a charm and I was lucky as I spoke to Vukosi who was able to get me assistance instantly. I had a flat tyre problem and in no time roadside assist was at my home to assist. Thank you Vukosi for assistaning me and your professionalism. keep up the good work.
