3rd party woes

<p>The service I received has been terrible. I am a third party trying to claim from a client of Miway... It has now been a month since all documentation requested by miway has been sent. About two weeks ago after having no further contact with miway since submission of documentation, I had to call to follow up on status of the claim. Only then an assessor contacted me to come and view the vehicle. Early in the morning last week Monday the assessor viewed the vehicle, since then no update has been provided. Today i tried calling to follow up with marietjie jacobs (as she was the lady dealing with the claim initially), unfortunately she was not available, which was not the first time ...eventually after calling again i was put through to the incorrect department, the lady i spoke to then cut the call after promising to divert me to the correct department. When i called backed and finally got through to the correct department (legal advisors), the guy by the name of "pirlo" answered and was not willing to assist as the claim was not assigned to him. i had received their team leaders number , but also to no avail , as i could not get into contact with her . This experience with Miway has been the worst. Due to their client i now have to deal with this inconvenience. Surely this should not be the case?</p>
