so here goes our vehicle standing still gets rammed into the other driver admits to being at fault 3 witnesses gives us there detail which we give to mi-way we pay the excess to get our own vehicle fixed since then all the **** started they don't keep me posted i always have to call or mail to follow up what's happening they hardly reply if they do then its some copy an paste *** I'm on the phone with my own attorneys seeking a way forward cause it seems like you guys scared to take the matter to court. FUNNY THING ALL OUR INSURANCE IS WITH YOU GUYS SO IF YOU CANT HANDLE THIS STRAIGHT FORWARD CASE MAKES ME WONDER IN REGARDS TO OUR OTHER POLICIES.
