3rd Party claim pending
How long does it take to get feedback for a 3rd party claim? have not received the outcome. it has been with management for authorization so long I sent the required documents on the 6th of October, and up to today i still

so, Sam called me the next day and sent me a settlement letter, which i signed and sent to her, that was the last time i heard from her. That was the 26th of November. i copied the *** email address as required, they never acknowledged my email or anything. is this how your business works?
