3rd party claim horror with Sphesihle Mbuli of miway

Legal consultant Sphesihle Mbuli made this claim as hard as hell as possible, maybe due to that I'm not a miway client, which I will possibly never be.

Since the 20june2023 after I claimed against their client for vehicle accident that took place on the 16 June 2023. I submitted everything they requested. No acknowledge of receipt of docs or whatsoever.

I called 1 week later and was told my case is dismissed as it's my word against the client. And whatever the client is saying is true. I was then told to proof my case, which I did with camera footage.

After I had to wait for her so called team leader to attend the claim for 5-7 working days. After the days I called in and was told it's nit checked and the team leader is on sick leave, which b meant there was no other person who could do the job except the team leader. The following day I received email with docs to complete for my funds to be released. I immediately completed and returned. Still no acknowledgement of receipt, till I sent another email asking if they received the docs. I was answered the following Monday being told to wait for another 5-10 working days before the payout. With the following instruction "Kindly wait for the funds before you can book your vehicle for repairs."

Imagine being told by someone what to do with your car, this is insane and a insult. To date am still waiting Bad bad bad
