3rd Party Claim handled

I was struggling with my 3rd party claim for about 2 weeks due to lack of information. Suzan Baloyi from Mi way was later allocated to assist me and i should really give her credit for turning around and easing my frustration with just one call. She ensured that i am well informed of the process followed in putting a claim, made follow ups and updated me about the claim every opportunity she had. My Claim was finalised within a week of this Angel taking over my claim. Great customer service , i am a happy with my decision to have Mi way as my insurance thou in this case i was a 3rd party claiming from another Mi way Client.
