3rd party claim

<p>On the 18th of November 2016 a miway client drove into my car, causing R30000.00 worth of damages! I was horrified but the gentelman said to me he is insured and i must not worry they will sort my vehicle out. I have submited my claim, and they are not even settling half of my damages. They want to pay me R11790.00 only. They say I must use second hand parts (the amount they want to pay me does not cover 2nd hand parts). They want me to get spares from JHB - who is going to pay to get them to me? I am so heartbroken. I would never insure any of my belongs with this company.</p>
