3rd Party claim
I handed in a third party claim and it is still under review / authorization. If I do not follow up I don't hear anything from them. It is taking super long and I just can't believe that one claim can take so long. I am the one who was inconvenienced. It cannot go on like this.

03 Aug 2023, 11:38So somebody phoned me yesterday and it was at a time which I could not talk to them, it was an inconvenient time for me. I asked the lady to please call me back in an hour and nobody has phoned me back until now. Unacceptable.
