They sent me to a company that ‘repaired’ my car, when I got my car back, the paint work still had scratches on it. I expressed that I was unhappy with the job but nothing further was offered. That’s okay, I understand that I had to deal with the repair company regarding that matter, however, I should have been offered more options. The main issue is that someone knocked me at an intersection, I had to pay the excess and was told that it would be claimed back from the person at fault. Till now I have not been updated regarding that, I call Miway often and all they tell me is that they can’t get hold of the lady responsible and that the matter is being taken up to management. It’s been more than six months with no update from them. They hiked up my premiums so high after that, I had to leave. It was a nightmare to deal with Miway. They are *********** in my opinion
