34 days without a car and no update I have to force communication

I booked my on the 28 of September 2022, completion moved from 19 October 2022 to 28 October 2022 and now it's 19 November 2022, every time I call Miway and the insurance I am taken up and down. No communication from both Miway and Randfontien Panelbeaters. I have to to force communication I don't get any update. It's now 34 days without a car. Miway consultants/Staff keep on giving me different stories
