3 months and can't deliver a sticker

I have only been here for 3 months and already doing quotes with other insurances companies. I have been asking for a Do Not Tow sticker for a hole 3 months so that my car doesn't towed *******ly and every time I am told it's coming. I even took the trouble to drive to glassfit and even there nothing. If I can't get a simple sticker what about the day I need to process a claim. Social media team is also unhelpful.
