3 legal consultants on 2 claims for almost a year

I was a client with Miway for a few years, last year I decided to cancel after receiving shocking service.I had 2 incidents occuring in last year that I claimed& paid Excess for. The one incident occured in June 2014,& the 2nd incident occured in October2014. Since I heard nothing &received no communication from MIway, I called them in December 2015. I spoke to Princess Tatsi & Ncumisa Mtsi and they gave me some story about how they cant get a hold of the client in the first incident as his in drug rehab.& with regards to the 2nd incident, they waitin on Hollard, becos the guy who knocked me, insures with hollard.They then emailed me stating they would follow up and keep me informed. It is now May,& i havent heard from them since. Thus I called the call centre again and when I spoke to Ncumisa,it was clear nothing was really done. She told me Princess left in Feb, &handed my claim over to Prinesh, who left in March, she transferred me to a new consultant Pheello, who has no idea whats going on with my claim and askd if he could call me back.This isthe legal recoveries dep. of a big insurance company. I am disgusted with the service ive received, but im sure i wont even be contactd
