3 hour wait while locked out of car!

<p>My father called Miway to get assistance with calling a locksmith, he was told it would be sorted in an hour... an hour passed (Zandile had indicated this time frame) then he called to check up on them then it was in 30 minutes... when 30 minutes passed he called and was referred to Dispatch department where Lumka said it would take 20 minutes. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are still waiting for feedback from them in regards to what is happening with the locksmiths or even an alternative as such... My father has been waiting since 12:30 and time right now is 15:45. </p> <p>This is unacceptable and not the kind of service that leaves me confident that in the case I was not around he would be helped. </p> <p> </p> <p>He will change his insurance on Monday... I will make sure of it!</p>
