26% increase in premium, and no response after emailing.
<p>I received a renewal notice for my insurance for the year, with a 26.6% increase in my motor and household insurance. I send an enquiry regarding this increase on 7th November and got a message back saying an agent will contact me. A day later I received an email saying that the policy has been updated and reviewed, with the identical quotation. I have not had any further contact. </p>
