2 YEAR OUTSTANDING EXCESS RECOVERY!!!!!!

<p>I had a vehicle accident August 2014 for which I paid the excess, an amount of R3500. As I was not responsible, MiWay had to recover my excess from the other party. It's been 2 years since and I still do not have my excess back.. I spoke to MiWay this year February, LITERALLY 1 YR 6 MONTHS LATER!!! Hoping that everything would have been sorted. The last feedback I got was that the matter is with their attorneys. Up to now I still have not gotten any feedback WHAT SO EVER!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of attorneys does MiWay employ???!!! I am definitely sure that they could get a garnishee order against the other party. There is no way a man who can afford to drink themselves into a stupor and who works can tell such a big insurance company, with a team of attorneys that he only can afford R80 a month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this sorted out as in last century!!!!!</p>
