2 weeks turn around time.
I had a car accident 25th December 2020 where l bumped someone. Fortunately enough l hit his tow bar and only my vehicle suffered damages. l tried calling Miway and got a recorded message that some consultants are working from home blah blah blah. Then l logged my claim on the app and everything went through successfully. Just now (06.01.2021 - 1H38) Miway called me to assist with a claim from the 25th of December imagine it is approximately 2 weeks. What service is this ,are we wasting money on an unreliable ensurer here?
