2 weeks later and still no responds

I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago. I've send in my all my docs and still no one has contacted me back. I've tried phoning numerous times and you can here the sales agent dropping the line. Then I used the app. Posted all the necessary information and still nothing. Please can someone explain to me how this is possible?? I've even emailed everyone on the miway email address system I can find. Please would someone phone me so that we can start with assessment.
