2 weeks later and no call back from my way
I had a car accident where someone drove into me on the 15th of December 2019. Its been two weeks and no one has contacted me from my way after i logged a claim on the 15th of december 2019. I called over and over again and nothing is being done. Kera...hlonge...quintin...sonnett (manager) no one seems interested in the inconvenience of a two week delay. Im extremely disappointed is the service offered. There service is terrible.

30 Dec 2019, 12:43I am not happy. I spoke to relebogile and they are not writing the car off.The wheel tore off the rear and the axil moved. The car was not drivable and passenger door could not open. The car will not be restored to its full integrety and i want it written off. My way has been nothing but problematic and i have to call them instead of me being called. I am very fruatrated and upset and not happy. Sunette hasnt been called back as promised who if a manager at my way. The vehicle was so badly damaged that the vehicle will not be repaired to its full integrity. Can someone please step in and make sure this vehicle is written off as i am a mother and the car will not be in the condition that is safe as it was very badly damaged. My life and the life of my kids are at risk. I am so tired as the chassie has moved which is the reason for the passenger door not being opened. It seems like my way is noy interested in my safety and more about the assessors making money. I want this written off now.
