2 Rockstars @ Miway - Neo Kgano & Maitumelo Nkosi

<p>I just had to write about the awesome service I received from two ladies this morning Neo & Maitumelo. I had been frustrated when I called the Miway Call Centre, explained my whole story to the Consultant only to be told at the end of the call that someone would call me back. </p> <p>However, when Maitumelo called me back and I explained what I needed, she assisted me with gentleness. I initially vented out my frustration but she empathised, apologised and assisted me. Our discussion touched on different aspects of my cover and ended with her escalating my case to Retentions where I subsequently spoke with Neo. </p> <p>I must applaud Neo for great listening s****s; because she understood in full what I needed. She basically put herself in my shoes and was able to assist me, even exceeding what my expectations were. She also informed me of services which are available for Miway clients which I didnt know about, this made me feel special as a client. </p> <p> </p> <p>This morning, I was ready to leave to another insurance company.</p> <p>This afternoon, thanks to these 2 ladies, I am not going anywhere. I am happy with my premium and my excess and all the benefits that follow Miway clients!</p>
