2 Months without a motorcycle after crash

Was in accident they spend well over a month repairing, Get it back exhaust is not even fitted properly its hanging loose. They fixed it before i left and not even 3 days after that piece of my fearing just falls off because of bad installation, Oil leaks from engine currently it has no more oil and is not drive-able . I have been struggling the last week for them to fix their fault. All they do is call the oaks fixing my car and just put me directly on call with them and leave the conversation. This is ridiculous how much effort do i need to put in to just get my vehicle back and working. I still have not heard a word of when they will come to pick up my vehicle they are just ignoring me whiles i need to beg for lifts to work as this is my primary vehicle....
