No one chooses to get hijacked and i guess i was one of those unfortunate people . 16 of March 2019 i became car less till this day how sad that the people i entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of me and my car have let me down time and time again. How is it my responsibility to call the panel beater just to get feedback, how is it that till this day we are waiting for feedback on the progress of the car after the assessor came. That time i am still paying my premiums for which service ?????????. I am tired of wasting my airtime my time sending emails that don't get responded in days. i have every right to request feedback after all i am client or Am i not.....2 Months is a long time to be car less i am pleading with you please have compassion for me as your loyal client .

I got a call after writing the review which was nice (claps hands) but all i got was more excuses about how they cannot do anything until the assessor comes back to them with a report. Apparently they will escalate the matter ? to who exactly ? . i called the panel beater today he says he has the latest report and will email it which is also what he said Friday and i am still waiting for the report. The assessor is apparently on leave what does that have to do with me ????? My question is do these assessors work for miway if they are they should be fired if they don't you should find other assessors who will do their best to provide feed back ASAP. its a couple of days until my debit order goes off and if i don't pay miway they would be on my back like a sore ****le. Same cycle calling people ,wasting my time , empty promises and no way forward
