2 hours waiting for tow truck

When I knocked at work, I realized that my car doesn't want to start, alright I didn't panic because I know I'm going to Call Miway to assist with moving the vehicle. I call in at 13:30, Ref C***, I recieved an sms saying Nkululeko has been dispatched. At 14:12 I realized that no one is coming, I called Nkululeko and he told me a story about load shedding and that the call has been canceled, I didn't believe him, I called Miway again I called Miway again at 14:14 the agent I spoke to told me that they are trying to fix the problem, he kept me on hold for 5 minutes, I told him I'm going to run out of airtime, they he told me to hang up, he will either sort the problem out or dispatch another person. After 40 minutes I see nothing is happening, I called in again at 15:08 I spoke to Aron, I told him what's happening, he said he will have to cancel and do it again, I told him I already spoke to 2 of your colleagues and they both told me the same thing. He promised that he will help me. 15:16 I received an sms saying Emmanuel has been dispatched. I'm. Still waiting for Emmanuel to come. This was the worst service I've ever received from Miway, everyone is shocked that I'm still waiting for almost 2 hours for help. I'm hungry and tired, I swear I'm going to cancel my policy and join discovery insure as they managed to beat the premium that I'm paying, I didn't take it because I'm loyal to Miway. Miway is not loyal to me so why should I be. Worst service ever.
