18,5% increase with no claims and years a member

I contacted them in September for a rate reduction as my one vehicle is now used a lot less due to an additional new vehicle. They told me they will contact me end of October with a great deal as it is my annual review. No contact, but an 18,5% increase on the new offer. I do not claim and has been with them fir years. Wrote them a letter today but no reply. Obviously my R3500 per month is peanuts for them. Thank you but no thank you. I am sure I will find a better deal. I gave you a opportunity today to rectify the situation but obviously not interested. So long MiWay
