11 Month outstanding Legal Matter
I was in an accident last year October. A high school boy drove into me with his motorcycle. Him and subsequently his father admitted guilt. Miway informed me that they will reimburse my excess once the legal matter with the other party has been finalized. It has been almost a year now and I am still waiting for my excess to be refunded. Can you please escalate? Thank you
