10/10 for Dimakatso Mokeana
Just had thee most amazing assistance from a great lady Dimakatso Mokeana. I felt my premiums were a bit high and expressed that i will get quotes from other insurance companies to compare, she listened attentively to my reasons and immediately looked into the situation to see what she can do. She came back a great quote and explained everything. She advised me about the benefits of using the Miway App really impressed. She deserves a 10/10 for effectiveness, efficiency, great customer service.
