I'm extremely pleased to share my first (and hopefully last) claims experience with MiWay Insurance!

I dealt with 3-4 friendly consultants from MiWay! Keegan, Kedibone M***wana and Percy Sekhibidu I love how they went an extra mile with making sure my claims process was efficient and smooth. I had some challenges with obtaining my disc because I was driving with an expired disc :( however, Percy Sekhibidu made sure that I got the disc, followed-up everyday even when I was ready to give up cause it was taking a toll on me, he made certain that I will eventually get the disc.. And, I did!! He advised me when and how the car will be paid out to the finance house and even when the car was paid out, he advised me thereof.

I am very very pleased overall with the service and all consultants involved!!
