I had the pleasure of dealing with a nice lady called Diandra at claims. I hope I got the spelling correct. She really went beyond for my claim/assessment that someone else had gotten wrong .

It was someone else's mistake. In my experience with most call centers one would have just ignored it if I had no idea of it and it wasn't her mess either. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when she called and reminded me of the conversation we had and told me they have now fixed it. All due to her astuteness and following up. Please keep up the great work looking after clients' interests. And I do hope MiWay appreciates you, recognizes your efforts and reward you for it.

I am campaigning for you to get a really big increase the next salary review.
