10 Years without claiming, assigned panel beater is 1100km away, threatened , and after 8months coerced to sign indemnity
Still Refusal to honor claim after 8 months. First panel beater was 1100km away. No proper assessment I have been passively threatened with a write off. Now ultimately Trying to force me to sign an indemnity so they can pay me on a thumb suck assessment based of a photo as opposed to a genuine repairer. Not even all the faults were listed on the repair quote they trying to force down my throat.
Seems its time for the ombud
How difficult is it to have a car repaired.
