10 minutes after my accident, Mzilikazi Khumalo from MiWay called me to help calm me down and called the emergency response team. I felt like I had one of my family members on the phone when I spoke to him. He then called me back in an hour just to check if I was still okay. Thank you MiWay for the quick response. As we speak my claim is being processed and awaiting approval, I didn't even have to keep calling them they called me.
