I am having issues with my claim, a Miway client from uber driving a toyata VITS bumped my car A VW T-ROC on the 8th Aug 2025, it's been more than 3 months now, Miway has been giving me around about my claim, I have to be the one doing the follow up, even after doing the follow up they will tell me that they will call me and the gentleman that is assigned to the claim does not do so, I am beyond frustrated at this moment and disappointed with how Miway is handling this claim and the gentleman as well. the broker has made payment already for the access in September already.
