1. My call was answered on 1st attempt. 2. The receptionist was audible and had a temperate mood. I didn't feel like I was troubling her. 3. As I was talking to her, she explained that she was busy registering the claim. At the end of the call, my claim was registered and I received the claim number. 4. I received effective and efficient service delivery.
