I called my MiWay on the 14th of June to ask them to remove the broker and it was never removed in the beginning of September I called the broker to help me with the premium increase and she was very rude and told me she was removed from my policy in June while the broker fee was debited on my account I called MiWay beginning of September I spoke to Gordon who promise money will be deposited in my account in 3 days and no money was deposited in my account I called again I spoked to Smangele who transferred to her manager called Tumi and I waited until the call dropped Tumi called me and had audacity to tell me when I was telling them I have been wasting my airtime he said he is also wasting airtime by calling me and he referred me to Koketso who promised to call me which she did not do and I called again I was through to Gordon again who promised to escalated the issue I then said he must transfer me to Broker department which I spoke to Doctor Dube who promised me that he will call me with progress till today he has never call me. Last week Monday I got a call from someone who promised that money will be in my account after 7 day and money was not in and I called again today and I'm again told about 48 hour this not fair
