I would like to give compliments to Thapelo Masinga. A humble man took his time to help me when I was about to leave Miway. I was fed up of this insurance company due to so many human errors and Incorrect billings. After 2 years of being with Miway with no record of insurance claim, I had received a new contract which stated that my premium was increasing by R300. I couldn't take it anymore until I received a call from Thapelo who helped to adjust everything. Today I am proud to say my premium has gone down instead of 300 more.
