As with the previous complaints I’ve had with Miway, issue still not sorted. I’m thankful for all the other things that Miway has helped me with, being the courtesy car and discount on my access, however, one last problem I’m struggling with and it seems nobody wants to help. On 13.09.2017 my car was delivered by Fleet Vip which is a panel beater nominated by Miway to fix my car. On the very same day i complained about steering wheel being too close and touching my thighs only to find out that it was an adjustment issue of the steering wheel. On Thursday 14.09.2017 i sent another mail explaining that i was having problems with the clutch as it was heavy and hard. I had a call from Rian who suggested that the car could be taken in to ascertain whether the clutch problem is a result of the incident or not, that was after he told me that because the car had done 120k on the clock and that was wear and tear and telling me about his many years of experience. I agreed on having the vehicle taken in for checkups and I was told that I would receive a call from Fleet VIP on that day. Needless to say, the car was not picked up. On Friday 15.09.2017 I called my claims handler asking for feedback and when will the car be collected, she promised to call me back on the very same day but did not. I tried to call her back on the very same day but, no luck. Still today I have called and still no one wants to help. I feel hard done by Miway and though i don’t matter. I’m tired of complaining, im tired of having to fight for what I pay for every month without complaining. My debits go off every month but when i have problems I’m contacted by bullies who remind me of their experience and wear and tear of my car. Who speak with undertones of undermining what I’m saying as a girl that couldn’t possibly know anything about cars. But I know when something is not fit for me to drive and my safety comes first. All that has to be done is to check if my clutch is okay and safe THATS ALL!!!!!! PS: I’m truly grateful for all the help that I have received thus far.
