Unfair treatment and unfair retrenchment

Morning hello Peter We have a serious matter we have been working from other plants of Arcelormittal as permanent employees, then we have been asked to come back to open a vaal melt shop plant in vereenging works unfortunately we didn't know we will be working under an arrogant and heartless plant manager called Gregory Walters that letting works to work 12 hours shift without having a break in full three weeks run the plant nonstop. Now he still leading people with a devil's heart,they've reopened the plant for 8 month and the plan to close it up again and now one last thing that is painful they took us from other plant for different section to RETRENCH US , the problem is that from where we were we had permanent positions that are not affected by their Section 189 si may please help us Hellopeter
