ArcelorMittal ****ed and took my vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from ArcelorMittal Vanderbijlpark on their auction, paid for it and got a date to fetch it but upon arrival they denied me to even see the vehicle, someone inside decided to strip it and they refused to give it to me or even let me see it and till this date they are refusing to pay for my costs.
