WORST SERVICE EVER!

Group 1 Mitsubishi kuilsrivier absolute pathetic service. traded in my vehicle and waited months for my money! my car was at their premises for 3 months before we saw a cent for our trade in. Constant follow ups with the sales man was a waste of time. never phones you back, does not reply to emails, does not do what he say he will. The worst was the dealer principal. He was rude, extremely un professional and of absolutely no help. He told us if we are unhappy to cancel the trade in, but when we attempted to do this they would not release the vehicle. it clearly does not help to go to this dealer principal if you need assistance. daily calls, follow up speaking to the dealer principal was of absolutely no help he had excuse upon excuse but still we did not receive our money. I would not ever do business with them again and would for sure not recommend anyone else to support them. You have been Warned about this place!
