Very Poor Service Cargo Motors Klerksdorp

I booked a service for my Mishubishi ASX at Cargo Klerksdorp on Tuesday, 9 March 2021. When I booked my car in the service adviser informed me that there was a recall on the wiper link ball and there was a couple of other stuff I asked them to look at while the car was in for the service. I booked the car in at 7:30 and was told they would call me with a estimate. At around 13:30 the service adviser called to tell me my car is now going into the workshop and that in addition to the service they also have to replace the wiper blades( which I replaced myself 2 weeks prior to the service) and the rear brake pads. I told her not to replace the wiper blades and that I would have the brake pads replaced myself. She then gave me a estimate over the phone, which I accepted. When I finally got my car after 17:00 and asked them if the had sorted out the problem with my Bluetooth device, I was told everything was now working fine. I paid for the service and when I got to my car I decided to test the bluetooth device before leaving and it was still not working. I went back and they told me they were just about to call me to tell me that Mitsubishi is going to send a replacement part for my bluetooth which I have no problem with. When I got home I took out my service book and saw that they never filled it in or stamped it at the 120000km service and when I checked the invoice they gave me, I saw the did the 105 000km service again and replaced parts that didn't even have done 6000km (only has to be replace every 100 000km) since it was replace on 98 990km and my car is now on 106 000km. When I enquired why they did the wrong service because they could see in my service book that the 105 000km service was already done, I was informed by a very rude service manager that the don't use the service book anymore and that it's my own fault for accepting the estimate. Never once did the service adviser inform me that the were not doing the 120 000km, but the 105 000km again. So they replaced parts that only have to be replaced every 100 000km after just 6000km and the cost of the parts is R1812.38 excluding labour. I contacted the DP and his response was that the service people informed him that the car was there for a recall and the saw the kilometers was on 106 000km and decided to do the 105 000km service. They didn't even take my service book out to see what service had to be done. I still have to take my car back when the replacement part arrives.

Reviewer Update
Good afternoon.
I received an e-mail from the DP of Cargo Klerksdorp stating that they would put back the old fuel filter in my car and that I only have to pay an additional R999.86 (after they deducted the R1812.38 of the filter they will be taking out ) for them to complete the 120 000km service that they were suppose to do in the first place. My first question is, how do I know the filter they want to put back in my car is the one they took out in the first place and secondly what about the labour they charged me to replace parts that didn't need replacing in the first place.
