Very bad service

Bens Panelbeaters took my Mitshubishi Pajero Sport 3.2 GLS Auto - 2010 Model to Mitsubishi Wonder Waters in Pretoria on the 27th October 2016 so they can order a part for the central locking. On the 3rd of December 2016 the part arrived. When they opened the box only half of the parts are in the box. Bens Panelbeaters then asked Mitsubishi for a loan vehicle since my car is still with them today, with no update on the other half of the part that is needed to fix my central locking on my car, they refuse to give me a loan car. Can a big corporation like Mitsubishi really give such bad service to their customer? Surely they must have a complete parts list of what is needed on vehicle or do they just have *********** people working in their stores department. I really need an answer on when the complete spare will be available for my car to be fixed urgently. Borrowing cars from friends and family with extra expenses out of my pocket the whole time is not a cheap matter, what are we paying insurance for in this country. Discovery which I am paying my monthly fee to is also just throwing their hands up in the air, claiming no part to solve this matter but greedily accept my money every month. Two major compies. Very bad service. Is this really what the future of SA looks like? Ettienne Deyzel

Good day Ettienne Kindly note that Mitsubishi Wonderwaters has confirmed that they ordered the incorrect part initially and sincerely apologises for the error. The correct part has been delivered to the dealership and fitted already. However the panelshop has now reported a warning light on the cluster and vehicle will be returned to the dealership. We will update you with the feedback once the dealership has diagnosed the cause of the current fault. Regards David

Good morning Ettienne Kindly note that the warning light was caused by the radio connection and has been repaired. The panelshop will collect the vehicle from the dealership today. Regards

Good day, the manager at Wonder Water denies that you have forwarded the feedback to him and that he should have addressed this will all parties. Please get him up to speed on what he needs to do, apparently there is still no solution for the problem and none of the parties have come back to me yet. Is this also going to take 5 - 6 months to get done?
