Transmission overhauled but stil not right.

I bought a secondhand Triton 4x4 from them in August last year, after about 2 weeks i heard a noise from the transmission, I took it back and they said they needed to overhaul the transmission, and claimed it back from my extended warranty. I received the vehicle back and the noise was still there, I took it back and they said they had to change a shaft inside the transmission, done that I received it back it had various oil leaks I sent it back to them to sort out, I received the bakkie back and then it battled to shift into first and second gear they had the vehicle back two times and still it is the same. Sebastian from Mitsubishi Sandton told me that the gear selection is in spec, and he would not assist us further. The vehicle has been with them about 8 times. I am still not happy with the transmission, if it has been overhauled it should have been right.
