Service and parts non existent

At the end of October 2016 I realized my 2006 3.8 Pajero's engine temperature is rising. I took it to Mitsubishi Rivonia (Mekor). It took them more than a week to send me a quote, received on 9 Nov. Only after speaking to one of the mechanics I realised they don't really know what the problem was and simply ordered all the parts that could possibly have a problem (and add it to the quote). I was told the lead time is 4-6 weeks for the viscous fan. At the beginning of December I was told they installed the viscous fan and now there is a different problem - the temperature switch/gauge is doing "weird" things. Lead time - 21 days! It doesn't look like they know what the problem is and i'm not even sure the fan was broken in the first place. If only they kept me up to date as to what is happening but i've been without a car for 6 weeks with absolute no communication effort from their side. If I didn't phone, I don't hear anything. How can every part be shipped from Dubai with a sailing ship??? For the price of these parts, you would think they get them the next day, by air courier. This is 2016, not 1916.

I took my Pajero to the OEM because I thought that is best for my vechicle - I don't think so anymore. I'm escelating this because I'm actually just tired of phoning them without any form of service. My car is still there with no indication/communication as to what is happening or when I can expect it.
