Poor service feom dealer and Mitsubishi SA
I own a 2016 Pajero GLS Exceed with 27000 km. These vehicles have a full maintenance plan. During the recent rains I realised the blades need urgent replacement. I ohoned my local dealership. They explained that I have to booked rhe vehicle in for the day to replace the 3 blades. The dealer will drop ne at work but not pick ne up from work. This vehicle is the most expensive sold by Mitsubishi in SA. I asked for assistance from Mitsubishi SA who explained all dealerships are privately owned. Are this not the case with most vehicle dealerships in SA? Is the treatment of their customers by a private dealership also not a concern then? Guys - I cannot buy one of your vehicles again. This is my 3rd Pajero but your service is simply not on par with your competitors. Especially considering that you have to do more to lift you sale figures. Why guys? Service is the key word in your market to make a difference. I mean - I cannot even get a lift back from work?
Dear Louw
We confirm that the vehicle has to be at the dealership to enable them to submit a claim to the Maintenance Plan Department. We suggest that you arrange a booking when the dealership has a courtesy vehicle available. Alternatively arrange a booking where the dealership can get all information required and submit the claim while you wait, leave with your car and then return for fitment once the process is completed.
