Poor customer service from Northcliff

So I have a Mitsubishi ASX bought from Northcliff. I take my car to to the same dealership for its 60000km service. Guess what ? I get told they wont service under its service plan as the car should have been serviced in the January because it was 12 months since its last service. **** goes your warranty and everything. Now I also have a FORD and the dealership actually phones me and tells me the car is due for a service. Now that is good service. Why cant Mitsubishi do the same thing ?? Its your business to look after me as a client !!!! Poor customer service expecting me to track these things. I will NOT be buying a Mitsubishi again.

Its very convenient to not actively monitor and notify customers when they need to service their cars within the 12 month period. This way you save yourself a few thousand rands and your customer looses their service plan and possibly even their guarantee. This is a known practice amongst ************ dealerships trying to save themselves money. So this time you win but you dont get the last laugh come December when I buy my new car I will NOT be buying a Mitsubishi.

Dear Hans
Kindly note that it is the vehicle owner's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is presented to the dealership at the specified intervals. The add on service to remind customers of services is not available at the dealer as it is difficult to monitor the mileages.

Kindly note that the dealerships are paid for servicing vehicles as such there is no cost saving on their part for not doing services.
