Mitsubishi Gateway Disappointed.

On 17 July 24 I took my car for a service to Mitsubishi motors Gateway. I was there at 7.15am and only received my car at 5pm. All employees were gone and the person who handed me my key didn't explain anything regarding the service of the car. I didn't even receive any courtesy call to check if everything is ok. I expect better service from them. Very disappointed 😞.
